Honolulu International Forum featuring Frank Rose

The Pacific Forum is pleased to invite you to a Honolulu International Forum breakfast briefing on September 23, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Pacific Club, 1451 Queen Emma Street, Honolulu. Our featured speaker is Mr. Frank Rose and he will speak on "US Nuclear Policy and Programs at the end of the Obama Administration."

Mr. Rose currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance. He is responsible for advising the Secretary of State on arms control, strategic policy, verification, and compliance issues.  From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Rose served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Space and Defense Policy. He received his BA in History from American University and an MA in War Studies from Kings’ College, University of London.
